Are you ready to shape the digital experiences that empower millions of users to navigate their financial futures with confidence? A industry-leading financial services platform is seeking a Senior UX Content Strategist to bridge user needs and complex digital ecosystems through empathetic, data-informed content design. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to create intuitive, accessible user journeys at scale.
100% remote but must be local to Austin TX, Dallas TX, or Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Architect cross-channel content strategies and user flows to establish clear alignment between business goals and intuitive client experiences.
- Craft high-impact UX messaging, microcopy, and content frameworks grounded in research, design systems, and web accessibility standards.
- Facilitate cross-functional ideation and iterative content design reviews with Agile product, design, and engineering partners.
- Define scalable content standards, resolve writing gaps, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to elevate the craft of product content.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of dedicated UX content strategy or digital product content design experience.
- Expertise in user-centered design methodology, user flows, wireframing, content governance, and writing for accessibility.
- Demonstrated track record showcasing process, design thinking, and measurable business impact in an online portfolio.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, FigJam, Writer) and strong cross-functional collaboration skills in Agile environments.
