Are you ready to drive employee engagement and power operational efficiency for a premier leader in biotherapeutics and genetic medicine? This high-visibility contract role positions you as a strategic execution partner, translating complex science into compelling internal narratives while managing high-level executive logistics to advance life-changing treatments. You will own key communications channels and partner directly with senior leadership to foster a connected, high-performing site culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end internal communication plans, employee engagement campaigns, and multimedia content to translate strategic objectives into clear, impactful stories across digital channels.
- Partner with senior leadership and departmental scientists to author, produce, and publish high-quality site newsletters, webcasts, presentations, and interactive SharePoint features.
- Manage complex executive priorities, including multi-time-zone calendar scheduling, international travel logistics, and confidential documentation, ensuring seamless operational continuity and leadership preparedness.
- Leverage digital productivity tools, modern collaboration platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to optimize administrative workflows, streamline event coordination, and improve site operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate engagement, or project management, with a track record of supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint site management, Teams platforms, webcasting technology, and corporate travel/expense business systems.
- Proven track record of developing engaging written narratives and applying basic-to-intermediate graphic design or video production skills to produce cohesive multimedia messaging.
- Associate degree or equivalent practical experience required; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing preferred.
