UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead the revamp of our customer website and mobile app, combining interaction design, and visual design to create intuitive, accessible, and consistent experiences. The designer should be proficient in Figma, responsive web and mobile design, prototyping, usability testing, and building reusable design systems, with the ability to translate customer insights and business goals into clear design solutions. This person will work closely with executive leaders and product managers to define the design vision, prioritize improvements. Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills are essential, including the ability to build and deliver executive presentations that explain research findings, showcase design concepts and interactive prototypes, communicate business impact and tradeoffs, and secure alignment on a phased redesign roadmap and measurable success criteria.
