Job Description
Lifestyle Fashion Brand is seeking a detail-oriented contract Junior Apparel Graphic Designer to support the development and rollout of on-demand embroidery programs across multiple apparel lines. This is a hands-on, production-focused role for an early-career designer who is comfortable working within established templates, technical guidelines, and brand standards.
What You’ll Do
- Create and update embroidery placement artwork for apparel, accessories, and related product categories.
- Apply approved icons, typography, and artwork to pre-built placement templates.
- Follow established embroidery placement standards, production specifications, and technical guidelines.
- Prepare accurate, organized production files for internal review, sampling, and execution.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining consistency across styles.
- Track assigned styles and deliver work accurately against project deadlines.
- Partner with Design and cross-functional teams to resolve placement and production questions.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, apparel production design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong attention to detail, file organization, and production accuracy.
- Comfort working within established templates, systems, and brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive production work with care and consistency.
- Strong communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
- Apparel, embroidery, or production experience is preferred but not required.
Contract Details
- Part-time freelance contract, approximately 20–25 hours per week.
- Variable schedule, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
