Paid Social + SEO/GEO + Organic Content

We’re a small, design-first creative agency looking to build a relationship with a senior freelance digital marketer who can become a trusted extension of our team.
Our agency has traditionally been strongest in brand, creative, websites and digital experiences. As our client needs evolve, we’re looking to deepen our capabilities across paid social, search and ongoing content — and we’d rather partner with an experienced specialist than pretend to be experts in areas where someone else knows more.
We’re looking for someone who can ideally work across:
- Paid social strategy, campaign setup and optimization, particularly Meta
- Paid social creative strategy and copywriting
- SEO strategy and ongoing optimization
- GEO / AI search visibility
- Organic social and content strategy
- Content calendars, planning and repurposing
- Performance analysis, reporting and recommendations
- Collaboration with designers, developers, writers and account/project leads
This is not a strategy-only role. We need someone who can think at a high level but also get into the platforms and execute the work.
We’re a small team, so we value people who are experienced, independent, collaborative and comfortable owning their lane without a lot of hand-holding. Agency experience is a plus, as is experience with healthcare, wellness and consumer-facing brands.
We’re particularly interested in finding someone who could become a longer-term partner to the agency rather than simply completing a one-off project.

This would begin as a freelance/contract relationship with the potential for ongoing work across multiple client accounts. East Coast availability or meaningful overlap with Eastern Time is preferred.
