Parker Marketing and Management is a women-led marketing agency helping health, wellness, beauty, and service-based brands grow through thoughtful strategy, compelling content, and results-driven marketing.
As PMM continues to grow, we’re looking for a Content & Creative Specialist who can transform clear marketing strategies into polished, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Role Overview
The Content & Creative Specialist is responsible for the hands-on production of client content across social media and other digital marketing channels.
Working from the strategy and creative direction provided by the Account Manager, you will design graphics, edit short-form video, write social media copy, and develop content that supports each client’s broader business and marketing goals.
This is a highly execution-focused position for someone who can take a creative brief, understand the intended message, and confidently turn it into high-quality content without requiring extensive hand-holding.
You should be comfortable working across multiple client accounts, adapting to different brand voices and visual styles, and managing several creative deliverables at once.

- Source appropriate B-roll, imagery, audio, and supporting creative assets
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form content
- Create educational, promotional, static, video, and engagement-focused content
- Adapt and format creative for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Ensure content feels native to each platform rather than simply reposted across channels
Copy and Content Development
- Draft social media captions based on approved messaging and strategy
- Turn creative briefs into clear, compelling content
- Write hooks, on-screen text, calls to action, and supporting copy
- Maintain each client’s unique voice, messaging, and brand positioning

- Edit and proofread content before submitting it for review
Creative Execution
- Translate Account Manager briefs into completed creative assets
- Work within established client brand guidelines
- Maintain visual and messaging consistency across deliverables
- Bring creative ideas, trends, and recommendations to the Account Manager
- Identify opportunities to improve creative quality, clarity, and engagement
- Incorporate internal and client feedback thoughtfully and efficiently
Asset Management
- Organize client photos, videos, brand assets, templates, and creative files
- Source appropriate stock imagery or supplemental assets when needed
- Maintain Canva templates and other creative systems
- Keep working files organized and accessible to the broader team
- Ensure final assets are properly named, stored, and handed off for scheduling and publishing
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand campaign objectives, messaging, and creative direction
- Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant during content scheduling and publishing
- Communicate questions, concerns, and production needs proactively
- Flag missing assets or unclear direction before they cause delays
- Manage deadlines across multiple client accounts
- Participate in internal planning, review, and creative meetings as needed
You May Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 2–4+ years of social media content creation, content marketing, or digital creative experience
- Strong Canva design skills

- A strong visual eye and understanding of social-first creative
- The ability to write compelling social media copy
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with current and emerging social media formats
- The ability to adapt to multiple brands, voices, and industries
- Experience working quickly and accurately across several client accounts
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently from a clear creative brief
- A proactive approach to identifying needs and proposing creative ideas
- The ability to receive and apply feedback without taking it personally
Agency experience is preferred. Phoenix based is preferred.
Experience creating content for health, wellness, beauty, medical aesthetics, or service-based brands is a plus.
