We are seeking a freelance proposal who has experience working with BPAs, IDIQs, GWACs, and solicitation at all levels of the government (local, state, federal). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with federal solicitations.
- 4 year degree required
- Shipley or APMP certification required
- Hourly rate shall not exceed $30 an hour (net-30)
- Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
