Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality written content that aligns with the publications style and objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth in all written materials.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, style, and clarity.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and editor regarding timelines, feedback, and revisions.
Experience
- Proven experience in copywriting, creative writing, or journalism is preferred.
- Strong skills in proofreading and editing with an eye for detail.
- Ability to conduct research efficiently and synthesize information into compelling narratives.
- Familiarity with various writing styles and formats; adaptability is key.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A portfolio showcasing previous writing samples is highly desirable.
