NINI | Contract / Part-Time | Remote
Compensation: $1,500–$2,500/month, depending on experience and scope.
NINI is a mother-daughter founded contemporary lifestyle brand creating elevated, fashion-forward UPF 50+ clothing designed for a beautiful life in the sun.
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Freelance Meta Ads Manager to take full ownership of our Meta advertising account.
We are transitioning from an agency and are looking for someone who can step into an existing account, understand its historical performance, and independently manage, optimize, troubleshoot, and evolve our paid social strategy.
This role will own all aspects of the backend of our Meta Ads account.
Our internal team will create the content and brand creative. We need you to make sure that creative is being deployed, tested, targeted, budgeted, and optimized effectively—and use performance data to tell us what we should create next.
What You'll OwnYou will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of NINI's Meta Ads account, including:
- Building, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns and ad sets
- Determining the appropriate campaign and account structure
- Managing and reallocating budgets based on performance
- Increasing or decreasing spend when appropriate
- Managing geographic targeting and identifying opportunities to shift spend between locations or regions
- Managing audiences, targeting, exclusions, prospecting, and retargeting strategies
- Testing new audiences, products, creatives, placements, and campaign structures
- Monitoring performance across campaigns, ad sets, ads, products, audiences, and creative
- Identifying when something is working and knowing when to leave it alone, scale it, or expand testing
- Identifying when performance is declining and proactively determining why
- Restructuring campaigns, budgets, audiences, targeting, or testing strategy when performance isn't where it should be
- Pausing or reducing spend on underperforming campaigns and reallocating budget toward stronger opportunities
- Managing Meta Pixel/CAPI, catalog, tracking, attribution, and other technical/backend components of the account
- Comparing Meta performance with Shopify sales data to understand actual business results
- Monitoring the account regularly rather than waiting for us to flag a problem
We do not want to be the ones telling you:
"ROAS has dropped—should we change something?"
We want you to see that first, investigate what's happening, and come to us with a recommendation and plan.
Creative StrategyOur internal team will handle creative production, but we want our Meta Ads Manager to be an important part of determining what we create.
You should be able to use account performance to tell us things like:
- This product is converting—we need more creative around it.
- This hook is outperforming the others—let's make three new variations.
- This creative is getting clicks but isn't converting.
- We're experiencing creative fatigue and need new assets.
- This UGC format is outperforming polished campaign imagery.
- We need more top-of-funnel content.
- This product isn't responding to paid traffic and we should shift budget elsewhere.
- This audience is responding differently, so we should develop creative specifically for them.
We make the creative. You help tell us what the data says we need to make.
What Success Looks LikeWe're not looking for someone whose role is simply to keep campaigns running.
We want someone who actively manages the account.
When things are working, you understand why they're working, protect what's working, and identify opportunities to scale.
When things aren't working, you don't simply report that performance is down. You dig into the account, diagnose what may be causing it, test solutions, restructure where necessary, and clearly communicate what you're changing and why.
We want someone who treats the account as if they're responsible for the performance of the channel—not someone waiting for the founders to tell them what buttons to push.
