About ReadyRx
ReadyRx is a new kind of health system on a mission to reshape how people age. We bring together physician-guided care (human and AI health coaches), prescription-grade compounded supplements from federally regulated pharmacies, and personalized diagnostics — the full stack of what people actually need to feel better. Not a single-condition brand pivoting between hair, sleep, and weight. Not a lab-test-only product for the 1%. Real healthcare, made accessible.
We’re one of the fastest-growing healthy-aging companies in the country, Forbes Health–ranked, and partnered with LabCorp, leading physician networks, and a top compounding pharmacy. We’re just getting started.
About the Role
Own the voice of ReadyRx across every social channel and turn our affiliate and creator ecosystem into a scalable acquisition engine. You’ll run community and social with the daily craft of a world-class operator, and run affiliate and creator partnerships with the rigor of a paid media channel — sourcing, scripting, tracking, and iterating until creators are a measurable growth channel.
You’re the person publishing, replying, listening, and building relationships every day — the front door for our community and the front door for every creator and partner who wants to work with us. You’ll inherit an active social presence, a growing creator bench, and a category tailor-made for word-of-mouth: healthy aging is what everyone is quietly searching for.
This is a hands-on role. You write, you post, you DM, you close deals. As the function grows, you’ll shape what comes next.
What You’ll Do
Social media management
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across every ReadyRx channel — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Threads, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and reviews in a timely, on-brand voice.
• Monitor brand sentiment, surface trends and risks to leadership, and act on cultural moments quickly.
• Partner with creative, content, and clinical teams to keep every post on-brand and compliant for a regulated category.
Community management
• Build and nurture an engaged ReadyRx community across owned platforms and third-party spaces (Reddit threads, Facebook groups, TikTok comment sections, and beyond).
• Identify and elevate superfans, ambassadors, and user-generated content.
• Moderate conversations and de-escalate sensitive threads with the care a regulated healthcare brand demands.
Affiliate & creator partnerships
• Build the ReadyRx affiliate and creator ladder end-to-end — a volume-forward mix weighted toward micro-creators (10K–100K) and mid-tier operators (100K–1M), with select macro voices where the fit is undeniable.
• Source aggressively across healthy aging, longevity, women’s health, fitness, biohacking, and mental performance — you DM creators, you don’t build decks about DMing creators.
• Structure hybrid deals (performance + base) with whitelisting rights baked in wherever it makes sense; reserve flat fees for true brand-tier creators only.
• Partner with the Partnerships team on contracts, negotiation, and payout ops; maintain a clean creator and affiliate CRM — ownership, status, follow-through.
• Collaborate on direct-response scripts that actually convert — hook-driven, persona-targeted, easy for creators to shoot.
• Support a whitelisting program so top-performing creator content can be repurposed as paid ads on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
Performance & reporting
• Track CAC by creator, format, and audience segment; build the monthly creator P&L.
• Deliver weekly recaps and monthly deep-dives on social growth, community health, and creator/affiliate performance.
• Test new formats, platforms, hooks, and creator archetypes; bring a clear point of view on what’s working, what’s not, and what to double down on.
Who You Are
• 4–8 years across social media, community management, and creator/affiliate partnerships at a consumer or DTC brand.
• A demonstrable track record of both growing engaged audiences (not just follower counts) and personally sourcing and closing creator/affiliate deals.
• Comfortable structuring hybrid performance deals and pushing back on default terms; you’ve negotiated with creator managers and won.
• Strong writer with an instinct for brand voice — you can shift from playful to clinical/serious in the same day.
• Fluent across the major platforms; you use them daily and understand native culture on each, Reddit included.
• Comfortable with rapid response in a regulated category; healthcare, supplements, or wellness experience is a plus.
• Highly organized; you can run a publishing calendar, an inbound queue, and an outbound creator pipeline at once without dropping anything.
• Bias toward doing over planning — you’d rather ship five DMs today than build a deck about outreach for next week.
• Comfortable working from our Los Angeles office five days a week.
Bonus Points
• Experience at a healthcare, wellness, longevity, or healthy-aging brand.
• You’ve personally owned an affiliate program end-to-end and can talk about payout structures, tracking, and creator P&L.
• Run a whitelisting program and partnered with a media buyer to repurpose creator assets as paid ads.
• Light native content creation chops (CapCut, basic Adobe Creative Suite, mobile-first editing).
• Familiarity with social and partner tooling — Sprout, Later, Iconosquare, GRIN, Impact, ShareASale, or similar.
What You’ll Get
• A seat at one of the fastest-growing healthy-aging healthcare companies in the country — real revenue, real physicians, real product.
• Direct exposure to executive leadership and a small, mission-driven team.
• The opportunity to build social, community, and the creator/affiliate function on a strong, fast-growing foundation.
• A robust healthcare benefits package (we are a healthcare company, after all) and standard perks.
How to Apply
- Submit your resume, a short note on why this role, and links to 2–3 social campaigns, communities, or creator programs you have shaped. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
