The main function of a UI/Visual Designer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through and understanding of end-user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality assets for each stage of the design process: initial ideations, low-fidelity wireframes, testable prototypes, and final dev-ready UI design files.
- Employ and extend a company's design system when creating UI files.
- Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problems/goals.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
- Display "self-starter" abilities, taking initiative and contributing to a wide range of projects in ways beyond what was initially required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in professional, data-driven UI development.
- Experience designing both responsive and mobile app interfaces.
- Strong experience with Figma.
- Agile Experience – 2 Years minimum.
- End-to-end design skills (ideation to wireframes to prototypes to final design deliverables).
- Ability to effectively contribute to multiple concurrent projects through organizational skills and time management.
