Robert Half's client is seeking a talented and self-motivated Motion & Digital Designer to join their team! This is an ongoing CONTRACT opportunity and is ONSITE 5 days/week in Central NJ (Monmouth County)
In this role, you’ll contribute to designing compelling graphics that elevate their digital and print advertising campaigns, e-commerce presence, social media platforms, and more.
Top Deliverables
- Motion design & animation
- Digital marketing assets: web banners, display ads, social graphics, email creative
- E-commerce & web content: website graphics, product imagery, retailer content
- Integrated digital campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media
Key Responsibilities
- Design email graphics, display ads, social content, GIFs, and light motion assets
- Create and adapt assets for social posts, stories, reels, carousels, websites, and digital campaigns
- Produce e-commerce graphics and product renderings
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on creative solutions
- Packaging design experience is a plus
Requirements
- 3-5 years of digital/graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and e-commerce work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects) and Figma
- Experience designing for email, paid media, websites, and social platforms
- Strong skills in typography, layout, color, photo retouching, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of social platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
