UX/UI Designer (Design Systems Focus)
Location: 3 Days/Week ONSITE

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Level UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in both UX and UI design and a deep understanding of design systems. This role involves creating and maintaining scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across digital products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and expand enterprise-level design systems
- Create reusable components and maintain style variables for scalability
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex applications
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to align design with business goals
- Ensure accessibility compliance and usability best practices
Qualifications:
- 4-8+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing design system work
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Experience in responsive design and component-based workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- AI Design experience
