We’re hiring a Digital Assistant to support our growing digital team. This is a great opportunity for someone with digital or creative experience who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, campaign-style environment.
This role offers hands-on experience across digital strategy, creative production, advertising, and analytics. You don’t need to know everything yet—we’re looking for someone who’s organized, eager to learn, willing to take on new challenges, and ready to take ownership of key digital tasks while building skills across platforms and campaign types.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker with foundational design skills, hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and confidence working extensively in Canva. You’ll help bring ideas to life across digital campaigns, paid advertising, print materials, and internal and client-facing brand assets.
This is a foundational role with plenty of room to grow and take on additional responsibility over time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design digital ad creative for platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic display, and other paid channels.
- Build client-facing presentations, one-pagers, graphics, and brand assets.
- Translate campaign strategy into clear, engaging visual creative.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients and deliverables.
- Work quickly and iteratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Contribute creative ideas and design input—not just execution.
- Place and manage ads across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic display, CTV, digital audio/radio, and more.
- Monitor live ad campaigns to ensure proper delivery, pacing, and performance, and flag issues as needed.
- Manage internal digital trackers, calendars, content libraries, and project workflows to keep client work organized.
- Route creative assets, coordinate feedback, prepare graphics, and maintain organized project files.
- Monitor client social media channels to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for new digital ad ideas.
- Stay up to date on digital trends and contribute to creative and strategic brainstorming.
- Provide general support for the digital team’s day-to-day operations and long-term goals.
