Content Creator & Social Media Manager
Hybrid in Fairfax, VA | Part Time
KS Team, one of the leading real estate teams in the DC Metro area, is looking for a creative, results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence and bring our brand to life through engaging, high-quality content.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute organic social and content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Own the content calendar, publishing cadence, and campaign execution
- Produce and edit short-form video, social graphics, and platform-specific creative
- Develop compelling social copy, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice
- Conduct trend and competitive research to identify new content and growth opportunities
- Lead content capture and production across the business
- Drive community management and audience engagement
- Track KPIs and performance analytics to optimize content, reach, engagement, and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience with short-form video production and editing
- Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand management skills
- Working knowledge of social analytics, platform trends, and content optimization
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to own projects from strategy through execution
- Real estate, lifestyle, or personal brand marketing experience
This is a flexible, hybrid role based around our Fairfax, VA office where attendance at team meetings, events and other content opportunities may be required.
