Marketing & Social Media Associate
Part-time: 20-25 hours per week | Pay: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience
Hybrid: Three days in the office, with some work completed remotely
About the Role
Richwell Group Co is seeking an organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Associate to support marketing across our brands. Working directly with the marketing lead, you will create social content, update product specification sheets, organize brand assets, and assist with day-to-day marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media: Help plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all brands. Write captions, maintain content calendars, support product and event coverage, and track basic engagement metrics.
- Graphic design: Create and edit graphics for social media, sales materials, and other marketing needs, following each brand's visual style.
- Product specification sheets: Update product information and imagery, standardize layouts, and coordinate with internal teams to verify accuracy and maintain current versions.
- Brand asset organization: Organize logos, product images, packaging files, and sales materials by brand. Maintain clear folder structures and file naming practices so approved assets are easy to find.
- Marketing support: Assist with daily requests and ongoing projects, prepare promotional materials, track assignments, and communicate progress.
Required Qualifications
- Graphic design experience, including creating and editing visual marketing materials.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar software.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong writing, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with shared folders, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, work independently and collaboratively, and incorporate feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the food industry, especially food marketing, products, or brands.
- Additional marketing experience through internships, coursework, freelance work, or personal projects.
Schedule & Work Arrangement
This role is expected to work 20-25 hours per week, with three days in the office and flexibility to complete some work remotely. Hours and workload will be reviewed after the first two months to assess ongoing needs.
