About Us
LUX Creative Agency is a high-impact creative house based in Tampa & New York, specializing in commercial video production, photography, brand marketing & strategy. Our social media arm, SoPro, is a specialized hybrid service delivering high-caliber media production alongside daily social media management for world-class hotel brands.
We run a lean, focused team that produces high-stakes work for heavyweights like Marriott International, Red Bull, and Fanatics. We don't hide behind layers of middle management - everyone on our team has a direct impact on our output. We are looking for an Account Manager who thrives on ownership, gets excited about being on-set as much as in the spreadsheets, and wants to run point on major accounts.
The Role
As an Account Manager across LUX and SoPro, you are the primary operational bridge between our clients and our creative execution team. You will oversee end-to-end client communications, manage high-volume social media workflows, coordinate complex commercial production projects, and ensure our deliverables meet strict corporate and brand standards.
This role requires a proactive strategist who can effortlessly transition between managing detailed monthly content calendars for enterprise hotel accounts and assisting producers on commercial work.
Key Responsibilities
- SoPro Social & Production Operations: Lead day-to-day account activity for SoPro hospitality clients, acting as the primary point of contact. Build and oversee monthly content calendars, schedule and target posts via Sprinklr, coordinate community management, and manage localized paid ad campaigns.
- Commercial Project Management: Assist producers on all LUX commercial offerings, serving as client liaison across video production, brand photoshoots, graphic design projects, and tailored marketing campaigns.
- On-Set & Field Execution: Roll up your sleeves during on-location shoots (Launch Productions, Seasonal Pick-Ups, and bespoke commercial shoots). Assist with logistics, on-set coordination, client hospitality, and shot-list execution.
- Influencer & Talent Coordination: Oversee influencer partnerships from initial outreach and contract vetting through content delivery, ensuring compliance with FTC and brand guidelines.
- Analytics & Performance Strategy: Conduct monthly strategy calls and deliver performance reports dissecting reach, engagement metrics, and ad spending to continuously refine client strategy.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all content, licensed audio, and campaign structures align strictly with client brand standards (e.g., Marriott International frameworks).
What We Are Looking For
- Structured & Self-Driven: You possess elite organizational skills and thrive in a remote work environment without needing micromanagement.
- Hands-On Execution: You are a builder, not a spectator. You’re ready to hop on a plane, step onto a set, manage client expectations on the fly, and ensure projects get done right.
- Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, site launches, and media productions.
- Work Ethic: You take extreme pride in your output and enjoy the pace of delivering big-budget work alongside a focused team.
- Platform & Industry Savvy: Experience with enterprise social media management tools (Sprinklr experience is a strong plus), digital advertising setups, and production workflows.
Qualifications & Employment Details
- Role Structure: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement (Competitive fixed contract rate; health insurance, retirement, and traditional benefits are not offered).
- Experience: 3+ years of account management or agency project management experience (Creative agency, social media agency, or hospitality marketing background preferred).
- Skills: Demonstrated experience handling multi-channel campaign rollouts, digital video/photo assets, and client management. Strong understanding of organic and paid social strategy, performance metrics, and content planning.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000, annually
