What We’re Looking For
- Advanced hands-on Figma expertise (components, variants, tokens, libraries, design systems)
- Ability to quickly audit, refactor, and rebuild existing digital flows into clean, scalable UI
- Experience working within enterprise design systems — not one-off custom designs
- Strong eye for layout, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive cross-platform design (Web / iOS / Android)
- Comfortable working independently against a prioritized backlog in a fast-paced environment
