Our client, a leader in financial & tax software, is seeking a Brand Social Community Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA.
This role will be responsible for driving LinkedIn community management, with a strong focus on daily platform engagement, content development, customer interaction, and social performance. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B social media experience, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to manage programs and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization.
**This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**
Responsibilities
- Manage daily, hands-on engagement across LinkedIn and monitor conversations relevant to target audiences.
- Partner with brand social strategists on content reviews, development, editorial calendars, and daily publishing.
- Develop narrative-driven and engagement-focused content, including articles, long-form posts, polls, and other LinkedIn content.
- Partner with Customer Success to triage and escalate customer issues received through social channels, ensuring timely follow-up and positive customer outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Acquisition, and Search teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and maintain a pulse on conversations among mid-market, emerging mid-market, and accounting audiences.
- Own end-to-end measurement and reporting for assigned areas of focus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building and managing LinkedIn community programs for a large brand or organization, with strong knowledge of the platform.
- Exceptional writing and copywriting skills, including experience developing both proactive and reactive content within an established brand voice and tone.
- Strong B2B marketing or social media experience.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to consistently follow brand guidelines, playbooks, and communication principles.
- Understanding of the AI search landscape and how social platforms can influence search visibility and discovery
- Familiarity with social listening and community management tools, particularly Sprinklr.
- Experience working with LinkedIn and other social platform analytics.
