Role Overview
As a Principal Website Content Marketing Specialist, you will develop and refine complex web content across the our medical device clients product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce evidence-based, compliant content that supports customer journeys, enhances discoverability, and strengthens their reputation in highly regulated environments. Your strategic content initiatives will improve user engagement and ensure ongoing optimization based on performance insights.
Day in the Life
- Develop and optimize healthcare website content for clinical and solution-based topics.
- Write evidence-based, regulatory-compliant medical content for diverse audiences.
- Implement SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices in content structure and metadata.
- Collaborate with SEO, UX, analytics, and technical teams on content strategy and execution.
- Use performance data to identify and prioritize content enhancements.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare or medical technology content experience.
- Proven ability to develop long-form, evidence-based web content.
- Deep knowledge of SEO strategies and on-page optimization techniques.
- Experience managing content through regulatory and legal review processes.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret content performance and search insights.
- Knowledge of AI-driven content optimization and structured answers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience with website content migration and restructuring projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare buyer journeys and regional/global content considerations.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Understanding of E-E-A-T principles and semantic search signals.
- Ability to develop messaging frameworks connecting product brands into broader stories.
- Knowledge of international content governance standards.
