Role Overview: As a Contract Content Writer, you will produce high-quality digital content tailored for both consumer and professional audiences. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including subject matter experts, to craft compelling, technically accurate narratives that enhance brand visibility and support SEO initiatives. Your work will involve translating complex building science concepts into engaging content across various digital formats while adhering to established voice and style guidelines. Day in the Life
- Write and edit blogs, articles, website pages, and FAQs for digital channels
- Collaborate with engineers and product experts to develop authority content
- Optimize content for SEO, including headlines and keyword integration
- Conduct research on materials, products, and industry topics
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a team environment
Your Qualifications
- 0-5 years of professional writing experience preferred
- Proven experience creating engaging digital content
- Strong research skills for synthesizing technical information
- Experience working with subject matter experts
- Ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
- Writing samples or portfolio required
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization strategies
- Experience with AI-assisted content workflows a plus
- Knowledge of building science, construction, or related fields preferred
- Experience turning long-form content into web copy or FAQs
- Familiarity with digital editorial tools
