At flipd beauty, we're reinventing everyday beauty products into unexpected, viral experiences. Our first product, BodyCoat - the warming body lotion known as "a jacket in a bottle" - is already making waves on TikTok, and we're just getting started. The brand was founded to make beauty more fun, more creative, and a little less predictable.
We're building a nationwide crew of creators, trendsetters, and campus leaders to help introduce flipd to universities across the country.
You'll help shape the brand, create content people actually want to watch, host fun campus experiences, and build your marketing portfolio while earning rewards along the way.
What you will do:
- Create authentic TikTok and Instagram content featuring flipd products
- Introduce BodyCoat and our new products to your campus through sampling events, giveaways and pop-ups
- Build excitement around new product launches
- Earn rewards by completing creative challenges and growing the flipd community
- Share ideas and feedback directly with the founders
- Represent one of the newest beauty brands disrupting the industry
The program is built around a fun "Passport" system where members complete creative challenges, collect stamps, and unlock increasingly valuable rewards.
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves TikTok, Instagram and social media
- Has great style and loves discovering trends before everyone else
- Is active on campus (clubs, Greek life, athletics, student organizations, residence halls - you name it)
- Enjoys creating content
- Wants real marketing experience with a fast-growing startup
- Is creative, outgoing and not afraid to try new ideas
Follower count doesn't matter. Creativity does.
