About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Social Media Strategist to support our content team across a portfolio of fertility healthcare clients. This person will help ideate creative concepts, research relevant trends, and partner closely with our graphic designer to bring content to life. Because this role spans four distinct accounts each week, we're looking for someone who thrives on structure and can keep multiple workflows, timelines, and brand voices organized without letting details slip.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys the strategic and creative side of social media, has a strong research instinct for spotting trends early, and is comfortable working in a healthcare space that requires tact, accuracy, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet weekly with the Head of Content to brainstorm and develop social media concepts across four client accounts
- Research emerging trends in fertility healthcare, women's health, and healthcare marketing to keep content timely and relevant
- Translate concepts into clear creative direction and collaborate directly with the graphic designer to execute them
- Adapt tone, messaging, and content pillars to fit each client's distinct brand voice and audience
- Monitor content performance and social trends to help refine ongoing strategy
- Stay current on platform best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) as they apply to healthcare and fertility audiences
- Ensure content is handled with appropriate sensitivity given the personal and emotional nature of fertility topics
- Maintain organized systems for tracking deliverables, deadlines, and approvals across four separate accounts
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in healthcare marketing (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrated experience with social media strategy and content ideation
- Strong research skills, with the ability to translate trends into relevant content ideas
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client workflows simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills and comfort collaborating with content and design teams
- Sensitivity and discretion appropriate for healthcare and fertility-related subject matter
Preferred
- Experience specifically in fertility healthcare (clinics, reproductive health, family-building services, or related)
- Familiarity with compliance-conscious content practices for healthcare marketing
- Experience briefing or collaborating with graphic designers
