Exuma Capital Partners is seeking a creative, ambitious, and highly organized Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team in Plantation, Florida. This role is responsible for creating engaging content that builds brand awareness, attracts top talent, and showcases the growth of Exuma Capital Partners and its portfolio companies across multiple industries.
You'll work closely with leadership and operating companies to capture compelling stories, produce high-quality content, and execute social media strategies that drive engagement across platforms.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Visit portfolio company locations to capture employee spotlights, customer success stories, company culture, projects, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and recruiting initiatives.
- Write compelling captions, social copy, and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with recruiting, marketing, and executive leadership to promote hiring initiatives, company milestones, acquisitions, and business growth.
- Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on analytics and engagement trends.
- Stay current on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all companies within the Exuma Capital Partners portfolio.
- Assist with photography, event coverage, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional social media content creation experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photo, video, and social media work.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong videography, photography, and video editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to portfolio company locations throughout South Florida.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for private equity firms, home service companies, or B2B organizations.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and paid social campaigns.
- Basic graphic design experience.
- Familiarity with drone photography or videography is a plus.
