BRDG Studios is seeking a contract-based Associate Project Manager to support the successful execution of our projects from kickoff through installation. In this role, you'll partner closely with Project Managers to keep projects organized, teams aligned, and workflows moving smoothly through design, fabrication, and installation. You're highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn—comfortable juggling details while building the skills to lead increasingly complex projects.
This role is ideal for freelance, contract-based candidates, looking for increased exposure in the industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Execution
- Support Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination of projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Help maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and workflows across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate with designers, fabricators, engineers, creative technologists, and installation teams to keep deliverables on track.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure progress.
- Assist in monitoring project milestones, identifying roadblocks, and escalating issues when appropriate.
Budget & Scope Support
- Assist with tracking project budgets, scopes of work, and change requests.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and resource allocation to help maintain project health.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and financial updates for internal teams.
- Learn how project decisions impact budgets, profitability, and overall project success.
Client & Vendor Coordination
- Support client communications by coordinating meetings, documenting updates, and following through on action items.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and project partners through clear, professional communication.
- Help coordinate vendor deliverables, schedules, and logistics to ensure project milestones are met.
- Translate project requirements into organized documentation that supports successful execution.
Process, Quality & Problem-Solving
- Maintain detailed project schedules, documentation, and resource plans.
- Help identify scheduling, budget, or production risks and work with Project Managers to resolve them proactively.
- Ensure project files, documentation, and communications are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Contribute ideas for improving project workflows and studio processes while maintaining BRDG's standards for quality and execution.
Team & Studio Contribution
- Foster a collaborative, accountable studio environment built on trust, communication, and follow-through.
- Bring curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from experienced project leaders.
- Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as experience and confidence grow, contributing to the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
