Senior Brand Designer (Freelance)
New York, NY (Hybrid) | Contract | $800–$1,200 per day, depending on experience and project
Twist Recruitment is working with some of the world's most respected branding agencies in New York, and we're recruiting freelance Senior Brand Designers for multiple bookings across our client portfolio.
The opportunity
Our clients are agencies behind some of the most recognisable brand and packaging work in the world. These are senior, hands-on freelance roles for designers who thrive on craft: taking brands from early conceptual thinking through rigorous identity systems to high-polish final delivery. Bookings range from short sprints to multi-month engagements, onsite, hybrid or remote depending on the studio.
What our clients look for
- Significant experience as a brand designer at (or freelancing for) leading branding or design agencies
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across identity, systems and execution
- Ability to drop into a team quickly and own workstreams from concept through to delivery
- Strong conceptual thinking paired with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with tech and science brands is a plus, as is directing 3D artists on product renders, or creating storyboards and key visuals for motion
