Bold & Banter is a marketing agency that helps businesses grow through bold content and social media strategy. We’re looking for a Reel Content Creator who understands what captures attention online and knows how to turn everyday moments into engaging short-form videos.
Responsibilities
- Attend local events and businesses to capture content
- Film and edit engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok videos
- Capture visitor testimonials
- Create fun event recaps, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based videos
- Develop strong hooks that keep viewers watching
- Edit short-form content using CapCut
- Recognize current trends and adapt them to fit each brand
- Work independently while representing our agency professionally
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
- Understands Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content strategy
- Has experience editing videos in CapCut
- Understands TikTok editing styles, pacing, hooks, text placement, transitions, and trending formats
- Has experience creating engaging short-form content
- Knows how to capture strong storytelling moments
- Is comfortable filming with a smartphone or camera
- Is organized, dependable, and a self-starter
- Has an outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people
Preferred Experience
Bonus points if you have:
- Reels or TikToks that have reached 5,000+ views
- Experience filming events
- Experience creating trend-based TikTok content
- Knowledge of current sounds, formats, and short-form editing trends
- Experience adding captions, sound effects, music, and on-screen text in CapCut
Portfolio

We’re looking for someone who understands that great short-form content is about more than holding a phone. It requires strategy, storytelling, strong editing, and the ability to capture moments people want to watch and share.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
