Community Engagement Specialist
Onsite in Atlanta 3 days a week
Full time contract / potential to convert to full time
• Manages day-to-day activities on client social channels (not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• curate, and manage exciting content for client social channels, including UGC and company created content (UGC, images, video, promotions and written)
• Foster engagement and community growth across client social platforms and website by responding to comments, engaging in conversation, and proactively encouraging conversations
• Build, maintain and evolve relationships with existing and new influencers & brand/social loyalists
• Collaborate with communications to design, create, and manage impactful campaigns and promotions
• Collaborate with communications team to develop paid social media marketing campaigns and influencer content plans using pre-defined budgets
• Creates monthly editorial content calendar for all client social platforms
• Execute a conversion strategy to grow demand and conversions through content/stories by driving users to our website
• Perform research across all social platforms to support marketing goals/objectives (end-user, competitive, new product launches, overall brand presence)
• Analyze, review, and report monthly to maximize results; translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising/optimizing social media efforts
• Coordinate with communications team on managing social advertising spend; estimate and track ROI versus anticipated and actual results
• Strong understanding of each social platform’s analytics, along with the ability to measure success and optimize as needed
• Collaborate with communications team on A/B testing on client social channels
• Monitors trends and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of campaigns & initiatives
