We need a Graphic Designer who can make a spec sheet actually look good. (Harder than it sounds.)
Black Diamond Coatings (BDC Brands) is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Brooksville, FL. We make DOMINATOR®, AQUA-X®, and OBSESS® — premium home improvement products sold on Amazon, Lowe's, Walmart, The Home Depot, and direct to consumer.
Here's the honest pitch: this isn't packaging design, and it isn't social media. This is sales enablement design — the sales sheets, line cards, trade show decks, and leave-behinds our reps put in front of retailers and distributors every single day. If a sales rep walks into a meeting with something you built, it needs to close the deal. That's the job.
What you'll actually do:
- Turn dense product specs into clean, easy-to-scan sales sheets and one-pagers
- Build presentation decks and trade show materials that make people stop and look
- Keep our Shopify storefront sharp — product images, banners, promo graphics
- Own projects start to finish, from concept to print-ready and web-ready files
What you bring:
- Photoshop and Illustrator skills (required)
- Shopify experience (required)
- A good eye for layout, type, and color
- 0–2 years experience — recent grads, this means you
- No packaging portfolio required. School projects, freelance work, personal projects — show us how you think
Heads up: finalists complete a short, paid design test (like building a sample sales sheet from real product info). We want to see how you work, not just admire your portfolio.
