Creative Marketing & Communications Director

About Us
Florida’s Antique Mall is the largest antique mall in Florida and one of the largest antique malls in the country, spanning more than 70,000 square feet and home to over 300 small businesses. Every day we welcome thousands of visitors who come to shop, explore, and discover something unique.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, creativity, and marketing. This isn’t a position where you’ll only manage social media. You’ll help shape how our business is seen, experienced, and remembered.

What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the creative and communications lead for Florida’s Antique Mall by helping manage and grow our entire digital presence.
Responsibilities include:
* Capture, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content.
* Create high-quality short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Occasional long form videos as well.
* Plan and manage our content calendar.
* Respond to online messages, comments, reviews, and customer inquiries professionally.
* Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters for our customers and vendors.
* Update and maintain our website, landing pages, and online listings.
* Assist with SEO, AEO, GEO and website improvements.
* Design graphics, advertisements, flyers, signage, and promotional materials within established brand guidelines.
* Help coordinate promotions, vendor spotlights, events, and seasonal campaigns.
* Monitor analytics and recommend improvements based on performance.
* Work closely with management to tell the stories happening throughout the mall.
* Assist with photography, branding, and creative direction for new initiatives.
* Stay current on marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging social media platforms.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With
* Video production and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Filmora, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
* Photography and basic lighting
* Canva and/ or Adobe Creative Suite
* Social media strategy and content creation
* Email marketing platforms (currently using Mailchimp)
* Website management (Wix, Shopify or similar CMS)
* Basic SEO, AEO, GEO knowledge and willing to continue evolving.
* Copywriting and storytelling
* Graphic design
* AI tools that improve marketing/ internal workflows
* Project management and organization

Bonus Skills
These aren’t required, but they’ll definitely stand out:
* Drone flying experience (we have a DJI Mini 4k)
* Meta Ads or Google Ads experience
* CRM experience
* Event marketing
* Podcast or YouTube production
* E-commerce experience
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

After your first 90 days, you’ll have helped establish a consistent content schedule, improved communication across our digital platforms, increased engagement, kept our website current, and become a key part of telling the story of Florida’s Antique Mall.
