Our client, a leading global technology company with a major focus on digital advertising, is seeking two Visual Design Leads to join their creative team. This role partners closely with the Creative Director to develop concepts and lead the team through creative sprints. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative communicator who's comfortable engaging directly with clients during steering sessions, and who understands how ad creative needs to adapt across a variety of surfaces, operating systems, and devices. Experience in the advertising space is preferred. This role is remote.
- This is a freelance assignment. Pay rate range: $50.00–$55.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Creative Director to develop creative concepts and lead the team through sprints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other roles on the team to bring creative work to life
- Engage directly with clients during steering sessions, representing creative direction and rationale
- Ensure ad creative is designed to perform effectively across a variety of surfaces, operating systems, and devices
- Support prototyping efforts to bring concepts to life for review and presentation
Required Qualifications:
- Power-user level proficiency in Figma
- Power-user level proficiency in Google Slides
- Prototyping experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, with comfort presenting to and engaging with clients
- Solid understanding of how creative and ads need to be adapted across different surfaces and device/OS environments
- Experience in the advertising industry preferred
