Job Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Partnerships & Promotions Coordinator to support the Partnerships & Promotions team. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to execute strategic marketing programs, manage promotional partnerships, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver campaign reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of partnership and promotional programs under the direction of senior team members.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with media and promotional partners.
- Manage promotional agreements, ticket requests, proposals, scheduling, broadcast documentation, and related administrative tasks.
- Develop campaign recap presentations and perform post-campaign analysis, including:
- Media value
- Reach & impressions
- ROI analysis
- Maintain project information within internal collaboration and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Box, and other project management platforms).
- Research and recommend new media and non-media partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Identify process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practices.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Marketing
- Promotions
- Advertising agency
- Partnership marketing
- Experience in entertainment or media is preferred.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and ownership mindset.
- Strong client, partner, or account management experience preferred.
- Experience with promotional agreements or contracts is a plus.
- TV or Radio production knowledge is a plus.
