The RoleWe are looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed professional to be the engine behind our office. You will be the point person for everything from high-level transaction coordination to creative social media campaigns. If you have a positive disposition, a knack for design, and can navigate California real estate contracts with ease, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Coordination: Manage and review California real estate forms (C.A.R.) and disclosures. Ensure all files are compliant, organized, and moving toward a smooth closing.
- Marketing & Design: Use Canva and other design tools to create high-end flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
- Social Media Management: Execute creative strategies across multiple platforms to showcase our listings and the Sierra Madre lifestyle.
- Tech & CRM: Maintain our CRM database and execute large-scale outreach using Microsoft Office Mail Merge for print and digital mailers.
- Property Management Support: Coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor communications for our managed properties.
- Client Relations: Provide "Pinnacle Award" level service to our clients and agents, greeting everyone with an eager-to-help attitude.
Required Qualifications- Experience: Previous experience in a real estate office or transaction coordination role.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Word Mail Merge) and CRM management.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with California Real Estate Forms and Fair Housing regulations.
