Live Shopping Host – Collectibles/Toy, Sneakers & Streetwear
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and engaging Live Shopping Host to present and sell collectibles, sneakers, apparel, and streetwear through livestream platforms such as TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Instagram Live, and other social-commerce channels.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on camera, interacting with viewers in real time, and creating an entertaining shopping experience. Knowledge of sneakers, streetwear, trading cards, designer toys, or other collectibles is preferred, but we are also open to candidates who are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Host engaging and professional livestream selling sessions.
- Present and sell sneakers, streetwear, apparel, accessories, trading cards, designer toys, and other collectible products.
- Clearly explain product details, including brand, model, size, condition, rarity, features, and pricing.
- Answer customer questions and interact with viewers in real time.
- Encourage audience participation and help increase viewer engagement, conversions, and sales.
- Stay informed about sneaker releases, streetwear trends, collectible values, and popular brands.
- Prepare, organize, and display products before each livestream.
- Help create livestream themes, promotions, giveaways, and sales campaigns.
- Work with the content, inventory, and operations teams to plan livestream schedules.
- Create short-form videos and promotional social-media content when needed.
- Maintain a trustworthy, professional, and entertaining on-camera presence.
- Follow company guidelines when describing product authenticity, condition, and value.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera.
- Energetic, outgoing, friendly, and able to keep viewers engaged.
- Able to think quickly and respond naturally to live comments and questions.
- Reliable and able to follow a consistent livestream schedule.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Whatnot, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms.
- Interest in sneakers, streetwear, fashion, trading cards, designer toys, memorabilia, or collectibles.
- Basic knowledge of popular brands such as Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Supreme, BAPE, New Balance, Stüssy, Fear of God, or similar brands is a plus.
- Previous experience in livestreaming, sales, retail, content creation, fashion, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual English and Chinese skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of sneaker sizing, releases, resale markets, and product condition.
- Ability to identify and discuss popular streetwear and collectible trends.
- Experience selling through TikTok Shop, Whatnot, eBay Live, or another livestream platform.
- Comfortable modeling or trying on apparel and accessories when appropriate.
- Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form content.
- Strong understanding of online communities and customer engagement.

Schedule
This position may include daytime, evening, and weekend livestream sessions. Candidates should provide their general availability when applying.
