This agency is growing its advertising and production arm, and so they're on the hunt for a Freelance Creative Director - or a seriously talented ACD ready to level up - who can jump in immediately.
The Role
You'll join a small team of senior creatives making ambitious work for brands that want to stand out, not blend in. We like people who can think big, move fast, sweat the details, and aren't afraid of a blank Keynote slide.
You're the person everyone wants building the deck, and you're comfortable running shoots, collaborating with production teams across time zones, and giving edit feedback that will actually make the work better. You'll turn messy ideas into compelling stories, pulling on your impeccable visual taste to do so.

The Person
You've spent time working in legacy shops in the US or other agencies where the standards are high, and the work is even higher. Your portfolio should make us think "we wish we'd made that."
You've got great ideas, even better taste, and can build a deck that actually gets sold. Fluent in Photoshop, Runway, and whatever AI creative tool everyone will be talking about next week, you're happy working independently, but generous enough to make the whole team better.
