Social Media Content Producer – Manhattan Real Estate
I’m a Manhattan real estate broker and former Hall of Fame radio personality looking for a creative, funny, organized content producer to help grow my personal brand.
You’ll help film me around New York City, edit engaging short-form videos, manage social media, create newsletters, assist with direct mail campaigns, and keep my marketing organized.
Must be based in NYC.
I’m looking for someone who:
- Has a sharp sense of humor.
- Loves storytelling.
- Is comfortable giving creative feedback.
- Can transform one filming session into weeks of content.
- Is dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Knows Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Canva and Cap Cut
- Can occasionally film with me in Manhattan.
This is a part-time freelance role with the potential to grow into a long-term partnership.

Responsibilities
Video Production
- Film you in Manhattan once or twice a month
- Help script ideas
- Direct you during filming
- Capture B-roll around the city
- Record property tours
Editing
- Create Instagram Reels
- Facebook videos
- YouTube Shorts
- LinkedIn videos
- Longer YouTube content
- Add captions
- Music
- Graphics
- Hooks
- Fast pacing
Social Media Management
- Schedule posts
- Write captions
- Create hashtags
- Repurpose one video into 5–10 pieces of content
- Respond to basic comments
- Track analytics
Marketing
- Design newsletters
- Direct mail campaigns
- Just Listed
- Just Sold
- Market reports
- Farming postcards
- Listing presentations
- Coordinate with Compass marketing when appropriate
Project Management
- Maintain a content calendar
- Keep you accountable
- Organize photos and video assets
- Manage Dropbox/Google Drive
- Keep deadlines moving
