Where And How You'd Work

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That's why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.

While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You'd Do In This Role

You'll set the strategy for Ramsey Solutions' social accounts, deciding what we post, when we post it, and why it matters, including the social presence of our on-air personalities like Dave Ramsey and the rest of our show hosts. From spotting the best clips worth turning into content to building content calendars that keep every platform on track, you'll shape how millions of people experience our message and our personalities on Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok. You'll dig into the numbers behind every post, translate what's working into a sharper plan, and adjust course the moment something isn't landing. Along the way, you'll partner closely with our video editors, giving them clear direction so their work can shine, while keeping every post on brand and squarely aimed at growing our audience and turning casual followers into true fans.

You're Probably a Match If

You've built and executed social content strategies that grew engagement and turned casual viewers into loyal followers.
You have a sharp eye for spotting a strong clip or moment and know how to turn it into content that performs.
You're fluent in social platform analytics and know how to turn impressions, engagement, and retention data into a clear next move.
You're comfortable owning a content calendar end to end, from topics and hooks to publishing standards and timing.
You give clear, actionable feedback and enjoy partnering closely with creative teammates like video editors.
You stay on top of platform and industry trends and can explain why they matter, not just that they're happening.
You're confident making the final call while staying genuinely open to input from your team and stakeholders.
You know how to build social content around a personality or public voice, keeping their tone true while growing their reach.

What Winning Looks Like

Building and maintaining a content calendar that keeps every platform posting consistently and on strategy.
Tracking performance metrics like impressions, engagement, and retention, and using what you find to sharpen the plan.
Testing new content ideas and adjusting quickly based on real results.
Communicating wins, losses, and recommended changes clearly and on a consistent rhythm with stakeholders.
Giving video editors clear briefs and timely feedback so their work supports the strategy.
Ensuring every piece of content reflects Ramsey's brand voice and resonates with our audience.

Other Stuff To Know

We're looking for people who are passionate about our mission. This isn't just a J-O-B. We experience resistance every day because what we believe is absolutely countercultural. We actually hate debt. We actually cut up our credit cards . . . like, for real. Some of us are still fighting our way out of debt, but we aren't going back. If you don't know much about Ramsey Solutions and our founder, Dave Ramsey, we encourage you to download the Ramsey Network mobile app and consume our content.

If Ramsey Solutions sounds like a workplace where you can get excited about Mondays, apply today. We can't wait to hear from you!
