Pink Lily is a fast-growing women’s fashion brand that delivers trend-driven styles to our customers through our e-commerce platform. We are in search of an experienced and ambitious Social Media Coordinator. This role works directly with the Marketing team and will be responsible for social media channels, community engagement, and executing content creation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Strategize and plan with our marketing team for upcoming campaigns and ideas on how to bring Pink Lily to life
- Bring products to life with creative and engaging content
- Schedule, caption, and create engaging content on various Pink Lily platforms.
- Assist with Live Videos on social media livestreams throughout the work week as needed
- Support in creating Instagram stories throughout the week
- Assist with attaining content for all upcoming sales, edits, collections, graphic drops, and more
- Work with team to have items submitted and pulled ahead of time to be ready for content days with models
- Thrive on content and stay up to date with social media platforms and their features
- Assist with editing videos / TikTok / Reels and iPhone to post on social media.
- Engage with customers through comments and VIP groups
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Flexibility to work independently and cross functionally with other teams.
- Participate in live videos and content as needed on social media platforms
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, design, or related field is a plus
- Experience creating and editing Reels / TikTok's required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent writing, editing (photo), presentation, and communication skills
- Must be results-oriented and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Previous Social Media experience preferred
This position offers a salary of $45,000-$50,000, with final compensation determined by the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and overall qualifications.
