Position Summary
The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and managing Textures' marketing efforts, content strategy, brand implementation, creative asset development, and lead-generation systems. This individual will collaborate closely with company leadership to ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand identity, business objectives, and growth strategy.
The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, project manager, content strategist, and brand steward—capable of moving seamlessly from high-level planning to day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
Lead the execution of Textures' ongoing marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, and event channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and execute social media content across all company platforms.
- Create and publish posts, stories, reels, and other digital content.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond appropriately to comments and inquiries.
- Review inbound messages and identify opportunities for sales team follow-up.
- Design, build, and distribute monthly email marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain and improve marketing contact databases.
- Create marketing assets and collateral for company and industry events.
- Support the production and promotion of company media initiatives, including podcasts and branded content.
- Meet regularly with the sales team to identify content opportunities and support business development efforts.
· Develop, maintain, and execute a company-wide content calendar that supports marketing, sales, brand awareness, and business development objectives.
· Manage and oversee the Couture & Construction Podcast as an extension of the Textures brand.
Brand Management & Messaging Implementation
Serve as a steward of the Textures brand and ensure consistent implementation of the company's verbal identity and messaging framework.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee brand consistency across all external communications.
- Implement and maintain messaging standards across marketing, sales, digital, print, and public-facing materials.
- Develop documentation, processes, and training resources that support brand consistency.
- Review and approve marketing copy and messaging (when and where you are not personally creating it).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Manage creative vendors, contractors, and freelance resources as needed.
· Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of photography and videography projects while maintaining Textures' visual identity standards.
- Conduct project scouting and production planning.
- Coordinate with homeowners, builders, designers, and property managers.
- Source and manage photographers, videographers, stylists, and support personnel.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Negotiate vendor agreements and licensing terms.
- Attend and oversee productions as the company representative.
- Manage delivery, organization, and archiving of all creative assets.
- Maintain a comprehensive digital asset library.
Go-to-Market Strategy Development
Partner with company leadership and creative stakeholders to develop marketing and launch strategies for company initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with Textures' brand hierarchy and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across departments and external partners.
- Measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, content strategy, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and content development.
- Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience within design, construction, interiors, luxury products, or related industries.

Success in This Role
Success will be measured by the establishment of scalable marketing systems, consistent brand execution, improved lead generation performance, growth in audience engagement, and the development of a strong creative infrastructure capable of supporting Textures' long-term growth.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
