岗位职责
- 制定内容策略与架构 (Content Pillars):围绕 Karpo 的纽约冷启动目标,负责阶段性内容和增长 Campaign 策划。确立核心 Content Pillar,制定主题包装、传播钩子及内容分发路径。
- 把控最高标准的内容质感:作为品牌审美的“守门人”,拒绝流水线式的“探店”内容。凭借极强的共情能力和对热点的抓取力,确保产出的每一条内容都具备高质感与高传播潜力。
- 外部团队对接与管理:统筹并管理外部社媒代运营团队及 KOC/KOL。为他们提供极其明确的 Brief(包括目标用户、核心叙事、视觉标准等),并严格审核最终交付的社媒内容。
- 线下深度绑定 Co-work:与业务负责人无时差线下深度协作(“我走到哪,你就跟到哪”),深入纽约本地各类体验与活动现场,随时碰撞灵感并转化为内容策略。
- 内容资产结构化沉淀:将非标的城市生活体验拆解成可长期复用的结构化资产,如 Map、List、Host story、recap 及 UGC collection,反哺产品与官网。
- 数据驱动内容迭代:跟踪曝光、转化、目标人群增长及品牌调性完成度,把在社媒验证过的话题和用户需求反哺给产研和下一轮策划。
任职要求
- 极度敏锐的北美网感:不强制要求是在美土生土长或英语母语者,但必须对北美本地文化、Gen-Z Slang、社媒热点趋势有刻在骨子里的了解,对“什么是好内容/坏内容”有极其明确的判断力。
- KOL级别的审美与共情力:自带“小网红”质感或具备同等的内容把控力。懂受众心理,能精准捕捉纽约 Lifestyle 的精髓,而非生搬硬套竞品套路。
- 扎实的策略与统筹能力:3 年及以上内容平台、品牌内容或海外增长经验。能在战略方向下独立产出创意方案,并将其拆解为可落地的执行 SOP 和指标。
- 出色的跨团队协作力:能与上海产研/运营团队、纽约本地执行团队以及外包内容团队高效协同。

- 拥有美国 Local 组织经历:学生时代深度参与过美国大学的 Varsity (校队)、兄弟会/姐妹会 (Greek Life) 或其他核心本土学生组织。
- 自带社媒成功案例:本身是高质量的社媒博主(例如类似 Sage Taber 的质感),或全职操盘过高调性出海品牌/欧美本土品牌的社媒矩阵。
- 熟悉 AI 参与内容生产的工作流,对小红书、TikTok、Instagram 等平台的内容分发机制有深入实操经验。

Responsibilities
- Define Content Pillars & Strategy: Lead the stage-by-stage content and growth campaigns for our NYC cold start. Build the core content pillars, narrative hooks, and distribution paths for Karpo.
- Curate the Aesthetic & Vibe: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for our content quality. We don’t want generic "store-tour" vlogs; we need someone with a micro-influencer's eye who can spot trends, empathize with the audience, and guarantee top-tier aesthetic execution.
- Manage External Agencies & Creators: Oversee outsourced social media teams and local creators. Provide them with crystal-clear briefs (target audience, core narrative, visual standards) and approve the final output to ensure it aligns with our brand identity.
- Offline Shadowing & Deep Co-working: Work in tandem with the business lead on the ground in NYC with zero time difference ("where I go, you go"). Dive deep into the local scene, brainstorm on the fly, and translate offline experiences into immediate content strategies.
- Build Structured Content Assets: Break down subjective city experiences into long-term, scalable content assets—like Maps, Lists, Host stories, and UGC collections—to feed both our social channels and the AI product.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Track campaign performance, focusing on reach, target audience growth, and brand consistency. Use winning formulas validated on social media to guide our next-gen product features.
Requirements
- Deep Cultural Fluency: You do NOT need to be a US-born native speaker, but you MUST have an intricate understanding of North American culture, Gen-Z slang, and current social media trends. You need an instinctual radar for what makes content "good" vs. "cringe."
- Influencer Taste & Empathy: You possess a creator’s intuition. You know how to craft a vibe, tell a compelling story, and tap into the specific lifestyle niches of NYC without making it feel like a corporate ad.
- Strategic & Executional Excellence: 3+ years of experience in content strategy, brand content, or overseas growth. You can independently generate creative concepts and break them down into actionable briefs, resources, and KPIs.
- Flawless Collaboration: Ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between our local NYC execution team, the Shanghai product/ops team, and external creative agencies.

- Local Student Org Experience: You were heavily involved in Varsity sports, Greek Life (Fraternities/Sororities), or other hyper-local US student organizations during your college years.
- Proven Social Receipts: You have your own high-quality social media presence (think Sage Taber aesthetics), or you've successfully managed the official accounts for culturally relevant fintech/lifestyle brands.
- Deeply familiar with using AI tools for content generation and highly experienced with the algorithms of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and Xiaohongshu.
