Summary
Client is seeking an experienced UX Writer to join the Services Design Organization, supporting customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention initiatives across multiple client services. This role requires a strong blend of UX Writing, Content Design, and Marketing Copywriting to create compelling end-to-end customer journey experiences.

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid – Onsite Tue/Wed/Thu)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Pay rate: $77 per hour on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or related content-focused roles.
- Strong experience with both UX Writing and Marketing Copywriting.
- Proven experience creating content for customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, acquisition, engagement, and retention programs.
- Expertise in writing emails, push notifications, in-app messaging, onboarding flows, and promotional content.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, design, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
- Experience using content performance insights, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve customer engagement.
- Portfolio showcasing a combination of product-focused and marketing-focused writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on consumer-facing digital products, subscription services, or large-scale customer experiences.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, content systems, and UX design principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
