We're partnering with a globally recognized hospitality organization that's undertaking a large-scale digital content migration across hundreds of hotel properties. As a Content Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping modernize and maintain the company's digital experience by authoring and migrating website content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

What You'll Do
- Author, update, and maintain website content across global hotel property sites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Support a large-scale content migration by assembling Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and standard CMS components
- Process maintenance requests and content updates through an established ticketing workflow
- Follow documented SOPs and content governance standards to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify requests and confirm completed work
- Maintain high editorial quality, ensuring content is grammatically accurate and properly formatted
- Apply basic SEO best practices where appropriate, including page titles, metadata, and content structure
- Learn Hyatt's content authoring standards through detailed documentation and team training
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience authoring content within a Content Management System (CMS)
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is highly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable performing structured, production-oriented work with consistent quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to ask questions and follow established processes
- Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AEM Experience Fragments and Content Fragments
- Editorial, digital publishing, or web content management background
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Experience supporting hospitality, travel, or consumer-facing websites
