Agency Guacamole is an award-winning, LA-based PR, influencer marketing and events agency. We help clients in the beauty and lifestyle space tell their stories in a variety of ways—in partnership with the media, on social media channels, in collaboration with influencers and through cool events.

This person would build communications campaigns for our hair, skin and color cosmetics clients, which includes media relations, managing influencer/talent relationships, tracking content and project managing various ongoing activations.
Our ideal candidate has around 2-4 years of experience in marketing (brand or agency side), which includes campaign development, pitching experience, solid understanding of influencer culture and handling project tracking/reporting. Beauty/lifestyle experience preferred.

The Influencer & Community Management Account Manager role entails:
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end influencer seeding and mailer programs, overseeing strategy, creative development, creator sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, budget management and performance reporting to maximize earned social coverage and brand impact.
- Oversee and contribute to community management programs from strategy through execution, including hands-on community engagement, proactive social listening, response management, escalation handling and audience growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, relevant creators, emerging platforms and changes in the influencer marketing and social media landscape.
- Monitor and analyze influencer and community management performance, optimizing strategies based on key performance metrics and business objectives.
- Generate regular reports and recaps highlighting KPIs, campaign performance, community insights, sentiment analysis and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support internal and external initiatives, contributing to agency growth, thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
You should be very comfortable with:
- the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, Airtable, influencer dashboards
- social media platforms
- writing well, especially with real-time social replies as needed
- a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and follow-through is crucial
