Role Overview
We are looking for a U.S.-based video content contractor to produce street photography content, influencer interviews, and creative videos for MyyShop. This is a performance-based role with clear monthly deliverables and payment per completed asset.
Scope of Work & Deliverables
1. Street Photography & Contextual Videos
- Produce 8 usable creative video materials per month, delivered weekly (2–3 per week).
- Each video: 15–120 seconds, suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Appear on camera as a host when needed; conduct interactive street interviews with passersby, or shoot from a first-person perspective.
- Follow scripts or core themes provided by the domestic team while adapting to real-world shooting conditions.
- Ensure brand exposure: verbally mention “MyyShop” in the video and visually showcase the brand (e.g., guiding passersby to view the phone or app interface).
2. Influencer Interviews
- Arrange and conduct 2 on-site interviews per month with MyyShop influencers.
- Conduct in-depth research on each influencer’s unique style; develop customized interview questions and capture exclusive interview footage.
3. Script & Creative Support
- Assist the director in producing 2 creative scripts per month as needed.
- Capture on-site creative content tied to local festivals (e.g., Easter, Black Friday, cultural celebrations) or influencer marketing–related events (e.g., FastMoss).
Quality Standards
- Audio clarity: Interviewee voices must be clear and not overpowered by street or background noise.
- Visual quality: High-definition footage with natural, well-lit composition.
- Brand exclusivity: No visible competing brand logos or irrelevant brand references in the frame (including background and passersby attire).
- All delivered footage must be polished and usable with preliminary editing completed.
Requirements
- Proven ability to independently plan and execute short-form video shoots (street interviews, talking-head, influencer content) in the U.S.
- Proficient in at least one mainstream video editing tool (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and able to deliver clean, usable footage.
- Deep understanding of Western pop culture, U.S. creator ecosystem, and content preferences on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experience coordinating with influencers or non-professional talent for on-camera shoots.
- Fluent in spoken English; self-motivated with strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
Compensation Model
Payment is based on completed deliverables:
- Per usable video (street photography / contextual content)
- Per completed influencer interview (including pre-interview research, custom questions, and final footage)
Rates and payment terms will be discussed upon confirmation.
