Entertainment Streamer is seeking a saavy Social Media Manager to lead social marketing efforts for original programming and brand campaigns across a growing entertainment portfolio. This role will oversee strategy, creative execution, community engagement, and campaign management for multiple titles at various stages of release. Ideal background includes entertainment, streaming, studio, network, or agency experience, with strong instincts around audience engagement, cultural relevance, and platform best practices.
The right person brings a strong creative point of view, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Talent, Production, Events, and Research teams is important. Comfort presenting strategy, campaign updates, and performance results to internal stakeholders is also key.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead social media strategy and execution for original titles and brand initiatives.
- Manage campaign development across organic social, paid support, talent-facing content, and community management.
- Oversee agencies and creative partners to ensure strong execution, brand consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams across Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Talent, Production, Events, and Research.
- Support social content capture tied to productions, premieres, press moments, and promotional events.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization and future launches.
- Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and entertainment conversation to help shape campaign strategy.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in social media marketing within entertainment, streaming, television, film, media, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment social landscape, platform strategy, fan engagement, and campaign development.
- Experience managing multiple launches and timelines simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work with agencies, talent teams, and cross-functional partners. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Creative eye with sound judgment around brand voice, audience tone, and visual storytelling.
- Experience reviewing social analytics and translating performance into recommendations.
Preferred Background
Experience supporting launches for scripted, unscripted, or premium content. Familiarity with talent-driven campaigns and entertainment press cycles. Background in creative development, social production workflows, and audience-first campaign planning. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
