Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months to 5+ years of IT recruitment experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Good understanding of technical hiring and candidate screening.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates from North India preferred.
- Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed Retainer: ₹5,000/month (performance-based)
- Attractive Incentives
- 50% Profit/Margin Sharing on business generated independently.
- Unlimited earning potential based on closures.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
