Freelance Recruiter
We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Freelance Recruiters to support our recruitment projects. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements. Candidates are expected to work approximately 6 hours per day and will be compensated on a successful placement basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and closure goals.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR or related specialization) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Prior recruitment experience is preferred.
Working Hours
- Flexible work schedule.
- Minimum commitment of 6 hours per day.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based Payment.
- Incentives paid only on successful candidate placement and client payment realization.
- No fixed salary.
