Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Hybrid Position- 3 Days onsite/2 Days remote!
- Pay range is $40-45/hr!
- 12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for creating and routing iterative banner ad content for marketing teams in a highly regulated environment.
- Position will also be responsible for managing banner testing workflows, supporting review and approval processes, partnering with internal creative teams, and coordinating deployment activities with media agencies.
- Position will be in charge of maintaining banner inventories, supporting A/B testing initiatives, providing enhancement recommendations for banner creation tools, and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Project management experience is required!
- Banner ad marketing experience including creating, building, and executing banners is required!
- Strong account management and customer service experience is required!
- Design experience with tools such as Figma or Photoshop is required!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams is required!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required!
- Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is preferred!
- Experience working in a regulated industry environment is preferred!
