Part Time Interior Design Operations & Project Support Dani Apple Interior Design
Dani Apple Interior Design is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented interior design professional to support our studio on a project basis. This role is ideal for someone who is equally strong in technical design execution, back-end project operations, and high-touch client and vendor coordination, with the ability to work independently across multiple active luxury residential projects.
The scope of work includes comprehensive project and procurement support, including vendor communication, coordination, and sourcing, as well as requesting and organizing quotes, preparing and issuing invoices, placing orders, and managing full procurement logistics from purchase through delivery and installation. This role also requires ongoing coordination with clients, vendors, and trades to ensure seamless execution across all phases of the project.
In addition to operational support, the role may include schematic-level design assistance such as mood boards, material presentations, and design development support as needed. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required, along with the ability to translate design intent into precise technical documentation. Experience with additional design and presentation software is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within high-end residential interior design studios and a strong understanding of luxury construction and procurement workflows. Exceptional organization, discretion, and reliability are essential, as this role involves managing multiple elevated, detail-driven projects simultaneously.
Dani Apple Interior Design is currently working on several large-scale residential projects in addition to multiple high-end, design-intensive scopes with significant electrical and technical coordination in progress. Given current studio workload and project timelines, we are seeking someone who can begin as soon as possible.
This is a project-based freelance opportunity with potential for ongoing collaboration for the right candidate.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
