Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team on-site in the Pompano Beach area. The Marketing Assistant will conduct market research, assist with implementing marketing and sales strategies, and support customer service initiatives. Additional responsibilities include regular content creation for social media, maintaining effective communication with clients, assisting the sales team with key tasks, and coordinating marketing campaigns to align with the company’s brand identity and goals. Additional administrative responsibilities include organizing materials and trims, filing and orgnaizng office tools and supplies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Strong skills in capturing content and editing content
- Experience in Market Research and analyzing trends to support marketing strategies
- Customer Service expertise to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales & Marketing principles to support business growth
- Proficiency in using relevant marketing tools and software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
